Hosting Terms & Conditions
1. Service Provision
We provide website hosting and related technical services using third-party infrastructure providers. These services are provided on a best-effort basis.
While we aim to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the hosting service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
2. Third-Party Infrastructure
Our hosting services rely on infrastructure provided by third-party providers. As a result, service availability may be affected by issues outside of our direct control.
We cannot be held responsible for outages, service interruptions, or technical failures caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, network providers, or other infrastructure services.
3. Domain Names
Domain names may be registered and managed on behalf of clients through third-party registrars.
Where we register or manage a domain on behalf of a client, the domain remains subject to the policies and terms of the relevant domain registrar and registry.
Clients are responsible for paying all domain registration and renewal fees when due. Failure to pay renewal fees may result in the domain expiring, being suspended, or becoming available for registration by third parties.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of upcoming domain renewals, however the client remains responsible for ensuring renewal fees are paid on time.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of a domain where renewal invoices or reminders have not been acted upon.
4. Service Availability

security incidents or cyber attacks.
Scheduled maintenance may be performed when necessary.
5. Backups
Although backups may be performed periodically, clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of website content and data.
We cannot guarantee the availability or recovery of backups and accept no responsibility for data loss.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to maintain server security. However, no online service can be completely secure.
We cannot guarantee protection against:
hacking
malware
third-party vulnerabilities
software exploits.
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and keeping website software such as WordPress, plugins, and themes updated.
7. Third-Party Software
Many websites rely on third-party software including content management systems, plugins, and themes.
We are not responsible for failures, vulnerabilities, or issues caused by third-party software or updates.
8. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use hosting services for:
illegal activity
sending spam or unsolicited email
distributing malware
hosting copyrighted material without permission
activities that negatively impact server performance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where necessary to protect infrastructure or other hosted clients.
9. Limitation of Liability
